Pacific Smiles Group is seeking an experienced Practice Manager for a Runaway Bay centre on the Gold Coast. You will lead a busy 4-chair operation, mentor a skilled team and partner with a Regional Manager to drive growth and patient-centred care.

You'll manage rosters, ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of clinical and service delivery. This role offers real career progression within a supportive national network.

Formación

• Experience in dental or healthcare operations as a Practice Manager, Senior DA or team leader.
• Ability to run a busy, multi-chair centre.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Growth-minded and proactive.
• Genuine passion for patient care and teamwork.

About the role

As Practice Manager, you'll own the day-to-day running of the Runaway Bay centre. You'll create a positive, professional environment where your team thrives and every patient leaves happy.

You’ll:

• Lead, mentor and inspire your team to deliver an outstanding patient experience every time


• Manage rosters, appointment books, patient flow and centre presentation


• Work hand in hand with our dentists to keep a busy schedule running smoothly and efficiently
