Runaway Bay Busy 4-chair centre | Strong general dentistry team | Full-time leadership role

With 4 busy chairs, a team of highly skilled general dentists and a loyal, well-established patient base, this centre is ready for a Practice Manager who can take it to the next level. If you’re an experienced Practice Manager, a natural people leader or a Senior Dental Assistant ready for your next big step, this is your chance to lead a centre with momentum. You won’t be doing it alone, either. Your Regional Manager and our national support teams will back you every step of the way.

About the role

As Practice Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day running of the Runaway Bay centre. You’ll create a positive, professional environment where your team thrives and every patient leaves happy.

You’ll:

• Lead, mentor and inspire your team to deliver an outstanding patient experience every time


• Manage rosters, appointment books, patient flow and centre presentation


• Work hand in hand with our dentists to keep a busy schedule running smoothly and efficiently


• Spot opportunities to grow the centre and help bring them to life


• Ensure compliance with clinical and operational policies and procedures


• Track key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement


• Partner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growth
