Job summary

Back In Motion Braybrook is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the administrative team, optimise clinic operations, and drive improvements in patient experience. This part-time role offers 30 hours per week and the chance to influence service delivery in a well-established physiotherapy clinic within the Healthia network.

You will oversee scheduling, performance reporting, and financial administration while fostering community relationships and supporting local marketing initiatives.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Manager to have a significant impact in the continued growth of our long-established practice in Braybrook, a challenging role with broad responsibilities and excellent opportunities to truly shape the direction of our practice's customer experience, team management and business development.

This role would be on a part-time basis and involve 30 hours per week.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

This role provides the opportunity to help shape the operational direction of the clinic while supporting and leading the clinical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused leader who enjoys supporting teams and improving the way a business operates. You may come from allied health, healthcare, fitness, medical administration or another service-based environment, with experience in practice, clinic or operations management.

You’ll bring leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills, confidence with reporting and business performance, and a calm, solutions-focused approach in a busy environment. A strong focus on customer service, patient experience and continuous improvement is key - most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes initiative and enjoys helping both people and the business succeed.
