Role Description

The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinic, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for patients and practitioners. This full-time, on-site role in Brisbane, QLD includes overseeing reception and administrative workflows, coordinating clinical schedules, and managing patient bookings and enquiries. The Practice Manager will supervise and support administrative staff, manage practice policies and procedures, and ensure regulatory, privacy, and safety standards are met. The role also involves overseeing billing and invoicing processes, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting business development initiatives. The Practice Manager will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to maintain a cohesive, efficient, and patient-focused environment.
