Bupa Dental Newstead is seeking a skilled Practice Manager to lead the clinic team and ensure smooth daily operations in a busy retail hub. You will drive business performance, patient experience, and team development.

Join a patient-centered environment where collaboration with the Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal supports growth, operational excellence, and high-quality care. Monday–Friday on-site roles available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Practice Manager or strong management background.
• Experience in business and people management.
• Proven organisational, administrative, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service abilities with strong business acumen.
• Knowledge of generating income and controlling costs.
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly.
• Experience engaging with dentists, patients and staff.
• Experience in understanding and managing practice P&L.

Responsibilities

The purpose of this job

The Practice Manager will lead the Practice Team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice operation in collaboration with Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal.

What you'll need to make it possible

• Experienced as a Dental Practice Manager or have a strong background in management
• Experienced in business and people management
• Proven in organisational, administrative, and time-management skills
• Exceptional in communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities, with strong business acumen
• Knowledgeable in generating income and controlling costs
• Confident in handling difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly
• Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice team
• Experienced in understanding and managing the practice P&L
