Job summary

Lutheran Services is seeking a Practice Lead to strengthen practice across Community Services. Based at Milton with frequent travel across our sites, you will help build solid foundations for consistent service delivery, staff capability and positive client outcomes.

You will lead development of evidence-informed frameworks, support Model of Care rollout, and coach teams to enhance quality and safeguarding capabilities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Strong professional practice experience within community, disability, or human services.
• Understanding of contemporary, evidence-informed and client-centred practice.
• Ability to build relationships, influence others and provide practical advice.
• Ability to spot opportunities for improvement and translate them into practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of evidence-informed practice frameworks, procedures and standards.
• Support the implementation of Lutheran Services' Model of Care across Community Services.
• Partner with service leaders to strengthen practice quality, consistency and client outcomes.
• Provide specialist advice on complex practice, safeguarding and regulatory matters.
• Build capability through coaching, education and reflective practice.
• Identify and lead opportunities for practice and service improvement.

Education

Relevant qualifications in community services, human services, social work, psychology or a related field
