Job summary

Community Living Options is seeking a strategic leader to head its Positive Behaviour Support and Allied Health services. The role provides clinical leadership, mentoring, and expert guidance to deliver evidence-based, person-centred care and strong governance across PBS, nursing and allied health teams.

You will drive performance, workforce capability and sustainable growth by embedding human rights, active support and person-centred practices, while building referral pathways and governing

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across PBS, Allied Health and nursing teams.
• Experience embedding person-centred practice and active support.
• Ability to use data and benchmarking to improve outcomes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Allied Health, PBS, and nursing services to high quality, evidence-based care.
• Oversee service performance, utilisation, and financial outcomes using data.
• Develop and lead a high performing multi-disciplinary team with strong capability uplift.
• Embed clinical governance and ensure compliance with safeguarding and report requirements.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen services and grow referrals and access.
