Job summary

IFYS is seeking an experienced Practice Advisor – Service User Safeguarding to strengthen safeguarding practices across the organisation and ensure compliance with the Reportable Conduct Scheme. The role leads client feedback management, supports investigations, and provides expert guidance to improve outcomes for children and young people.

Based in Maroochydore with potential WFH after training, the position offers a permanent full-time contract, competitive salary and not-for-profit salary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage complaints, incidents and safeguarding in regulated settings.
• Strong communication, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of client feedback, complaints and safeguarding concerns.
• Coordinate investigations and ensure timely, fair outcomes and clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with Reportable Conduct Scheme and regulatory obligations.
• Provide coaching and training on complaints management, safeguarding and risk management.
• Analyse data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Build internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Develop mechanisms to promote meaningful client feedback and engagement.

Education

Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related discipline
