Job summary

WOODplc in Australia seeks a Turnaround Planning Superintendent to lead mechanical planning, estimating and work packing for a major turnaround, guiding on-site teams and delivering against client KPIs.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure processes meet best practice and build strong client relationships for safe, efficient execution. Power industry experience in central Queensland is preferred for a February 2027 start.

Qualifications

• Experience leading turnarounds in heavy industry or power sectors.
• Strong planning and estimating skills for complex outages.
• Ability to lead on-site teams and coordinate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of mechanical planning, estimating and work packing for a major turnaround.
• Supervise on-site teams and ensure alignment with client KPIs and contract objectives.
