Job summary

WOODplc in Australia seeks a Turnaround Planning Superintendent to lead mechanical planning, estimating and work packing for a major turnaround, guiding on-site teams and delivering against client KPIs.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure processes meet best practice and build strong client relationships for safe, efficient execution. Power industry experience in central Queensland is preferred for a February 2027 start.

Qualifications

• Experience leading turnarounds in heavy industry or power sectors.
• Strong planning and estimating skills for complex outages.
• Ability to lead on-site teams and coordinate with clients.

The Turnaround Planning Superintendent will provide leadership to the workforce and on-site teams whilst building strong relationships with the client and delivering against contract KPI’s and business objectives whilst driving continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for leading the delivery of mechanical planning, estimating and work packing for a key Turnaround, including the performance of the team to deliver support enabling the effective delivery of work for the contract. Your role will be responsible for assuring that our work processes and structure are aligned to best practice to achieve our business outcomes and continuous improvement.

Power Industry experience to work in central Queensland for a potential start in February 2027.
