Job summary

Wood plc in central Queensland is seeking an experienced Turnaround Planning Superintendent with Power Industry background to support a potential February 2027 start. You will lead the on-site workforce and coordinate mechanical planning, estimating and work packing for a major turnaround.

The role focuses on delivering KPI performance, building client relationships and driving continuous improvement while ensuring processes align with best practice.

Wood is seeking expressions of interest for a Turnaround Planning Superintendent with Power Industry experience to workin central Queensland for a potential start in February 2027.

The Turnaround Planning Superintendent will provide leadership to the workforce and on-site teams whilst building strong relationships with the client and delivering against contract KPI's and business objectives whilst driving continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for leading the delivery of mechanical planning, estimating and work packing for a key Turnaround, including the performance of the team to deliver support enabling the effective delivery of work for the contract. Your role will be responsible for assuring that our work processes and structure are aligned to best practice to achieve our business outcomes and continuous improvement.
