Job summary

Wood is seeking a dynamic Maintenance & Turnaround Manager to lead asset management and maintenance improvements in the Surat Basin, Queensland. Based in Chinchilla, you will oversee electrical, instrumentation and mechanical maintenance for client assets and drive efficient resources across regional sites.

You will mentor teams, manage multi-discipline maintenance personnel, and ensure work aligns with Wood processes and regulatory requirements while delivering value to clients across Australia

Qualifications

• Professional qualification or equivalent with relevant and considerable experience in the industrial sector.
• Minimum 10 years direct supervisory experience in Maintenance and Minot Modification contract management in an oil and gas environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory and administration skills necessary to organise and lead a project team, develop design / implementation schedules and provide on-going status reports to the senior management team and clients.
• Self-motivated and able to clearly communicate with Client and contractors at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Providing HSE leadership to the Wood team, ensuring both client and Wood expectations for HSE are aligned and achieved.
• Foster and establish solid client relationships across multiple stakeholder groups and locations.
• Management of multi discipline Wood maintenance personnel across client based operational sites, ensuring Wood regional management execute work effectively.
• Overseeing all contract administration, management and support functions, including KPI monitoring, risk register updates, contract governance and reporting.
• Governance and stewardship of all services delivered by Wood, including proactive management and communication to relevant internal and client stakeholders.
• Support regional Maintenance Supervisors in work execution planning.
• Promoting and monitoring Wood core values, aligning with client values and ensuring planned execution under contract management plans.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements of all products and services under Wood or approved subcontractors.
