Wood plc in central Queensland is seeking an experienced Turnaround Planning Superintendent with Power Industry background to support a potential February 2027 start. You will lead the on-site workforce and coordinate mechanical planning, estimating and work packing for a major turnaround.

The role focuses on delivering KPI performance, building client relationships and driving continuous improvement while ensuring processes align with best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mechanical planning for turnarounds.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of mechanical planning, estimating and work packing for a Turnaround.
• Manage on-site teams and workforce to meet contract KPI's.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to best-practice processes.
