Wood is recruiting a dynamic Maintenance & Turnaround Manager to lead asset maintenance improvements in the Surat Basin, Queensland. Based in Chinchilla, you will oversee electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical maintenance for client assets across Australia and APAC.

You will drive HSE leadership, client engagement, and multi-discipline resource management while ensuring adherence to Wood processes and regulatory requirements through evidence-based verification.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification or equivalent with relevant and considerable experience in the industrial sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide HSE leadership to the Wood team and align with client expectations.
• Foster client relationships across multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Manage multi-discipline maintenance personnel and ensure adherence to Wood processes and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee portfolio of Maintenance, Turnaround and Minor Modifications across geographic areas.
• Governance of service delivery, contract management plans and reporting.
