Pacific Energy in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a proactive Supervisor – Power Stations to lead the safe, efficient operation of multiple sites on a 15/13 roster, including Kalgoorlie. You will oversee day‑to‑day activities, guide site personnel, and uphold high safety, maintenance, and performance standards.

• Trade qualification in electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation for Power Station ops.
• Experience leading site teams and managing performance.
• Proven track record enforcing safe work practices in remote/high‑risk environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety systems and permit processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Valid manual driver’s licence.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safe, efficient daily operations across assigned power station sites.
• Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks, safety briefings, and permit compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, servicing, and fault response.
• Assist Operators and trades with tasks and safe work practices.
• Monitor task completion and site readiness.
• Provide expectations, feedback and performance management.
• Coach and develop staff through on‑the‑job training.
