Job summary

Pacific Energy is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for its Construction team in Australia. This hands-on role oversees electrical construction activities, leads site teams and subcontractors, and ensures safe, efficient delivery of major projects on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster.

You will coordinate labour, procurement and planning, maintain documentation, and drive safety, quality and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification and registration within 3 months.
• Complete WHS Schedule 26 units and exam within 6 months.
• Experience supervising electrical construction on large projects.
• Coordinate labour, procurement and site logistics.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• HV switching experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site-based labour, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safety and quality.
• Develop 6-week look-ahead plans and manage resource forecasts.
• Maintain project documentation including diaries, reports and QA records.
• Monitor progress and allocate resources to meet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality programs.
• Lead daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and site meetings.
