Job summary

Pacific Energy is seeking a Supervisor – Power Stations to oversee safe, efficient daily operations across multiple sites on a 15/13 FIFO roster. Lead pre-starts, safety briefings, and coordinate maintenance, inspections, and fault response from Perth, Kalgoorlie, or site locations.

You will mentor Operators and Technicians, drive performance, and uphold high safety standards within a remote, high-risk environment. A trade qualification and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation relevant to Power Station operations.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance at a site level.
• Strong safety systems knowledge and WHS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, efficient daily operations across assigned power station sites.
• Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure compliance with safety and permit requirements.
• Coordinate and support site tasks including maintenance, inspections, servicing, and fault response.
• Assist Operators and trades with task execution, equipment use, and safe work practices.
• Monitor task completion, operational checks, and site readiness.
• Provide clear expectations, feedback, and performance management for Operators and Technicians.
• Coach and develop staff through mentoring and on-the-job training.
