Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Project Coordinator in Sydney to support delivery and close-out of Power Quality field projects. You will manage site records, coordinate testing and commissioning, and align with project teams to improve efficiency and outcomes.

The role requires organised individuals with Excel/ERP experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to sites as needed. A rewarding environment and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or administration in a field/engineering setting.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel to customer and project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site documentation, registers, issue logs and trackers.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning reports and close-out submissions.
• Monitor resource forecasts and update project information in systems.
• Ensure site readiness and availability of tools for testing.
• Support project delivery with PMs, engineers and field teams.
• Keep schedules and records up to date in management systems.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Comply with Eaton policies and OHS standards.
