Eaton is seeking a Field Project Coordinator to support delivery and close-out of Power Quality field projects in Sydney, Australia. You will keep site and project information current, coordinate documentation and workforce forecasts, and assist with testing and commissioning readiness.

Work with Project Managers, Engineers and field teams to ensure efficient site execution, accurate records and timely close-out. On-site role with travel to project sites as required.

Formación

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across project teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer and project sites as required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage site documentation, project registers, issue logs and status trackers to ensure accurate, compliant project records.
• Coordinate completion and submission of testing and commissioning reports through customer portals for timely close-out.
• Monitor resource forecasts and workforce requirements to keep project information current.
• Coordinate field activities by ensuring site readiness, documentation, testing equipment and resources are available ahead of testing.
• Support project delivery by working with Project Managers, Engineers and field teams across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project schedules, records and documentation in systems.
• Provide regular project status updates and escalate issues to stakeholders.
