Eaton is seeking a Field Project Coordinator to support the delivery and close-out of Power Quality field projects in Sydney, NSW. You will manage documentation, track progress, and coordinate field activities ensuring readiness and compliance across the project lifecycle.

Join Eaton’s Power Quality division to work with Project Managers, Engineers and field teams, maintain schedules, and provide status updates while adhering to safety standards and customer requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a project coordination, project administration, construction, engineering or other project-based environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with business or ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication across project teams and customers.
• Ability to travel to customer and project sites as required.

Aufgaben

• Manage site documentation, project registers, issue logs and status trackers to ensure accurate, compliant project records.
• Coordinate completion and submission of testing and commissioning reports through customer portals to support timely project close-out.
• Monitor resource forecasts and workforce requirements, ensuring project information remains current in business systems.
• Coordinate field activities by ensuring site readiness, documentation, testing equipment and resources are available for testing and commissioning.
• Support project delivery by working with Project Managers, Engineers and field teams across the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation within project management systems.
• Provide regular project status updates and escalate issues to stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure activities comply with Eaton policies, customer requirements and OHS standards.
