Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Control Engineer to join our PMO team in Australia to support mission-critical power monitoring and control projects. You will work across the full project lifecycle, building specialized expertise and delivering high-quality infrastructure outcomes.

You will coordinate software engineering and project activities, contribute to system design and testing, and ensure safe, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in project engineering within the electrical industry.
• Experience delivering software, controls, SCADA, or electrical infrastructure projects.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, fault finding, and maintenance of power monitoring or control systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate software engineering and project delivery activities.
• Support electrical and software system design, documentation, and technical submissions.
• Develop testing, commissioning, and quality assurance plans.
• Lead or support factory testing and site commissioning activities.
• Apply knowledge of power monitoring, control systems, networking, and SCADA environments.
• Work closely with customers, engineers, service teams, and project managers.
• Support project planning, reporting, and execution.
