Job summary

CSIRO seeks a Power Platform Senior Engineer to lead administration and delivery of the Microsoft Power Platform across the organisation. You will configure and operate the platform daily, shaping governance and guiding its future roadmap.

You will mentor engineers, drive environment strategies, DLP, licensing and automation, partnering with IM&T teams to ensure a secure, scalable service and a reliable user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Power Platform environments, including governance, DLP policies, connectors and architecture aligned to business needs.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce governance frameworks, security controls, data protection strategies and regulatory compliance.
• Strong advisory capability for Power Platform projects, guiding solution design and troubleshooting to align with goals.
• Track record of monitoring system performance and optimizing platform efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Power Platform environments with secure governance and capacity planning.
• Develop and enforce governance policies for secure, compliant platform usage.
• Oversee access controls, CA policies and DLP to protect data and meet security requirements.
• Mentor and coach Power Platform engineers to foster technical excellence.
• Collaborate with IM&T teams to align architecture with business needs and Uber, regulatory standards.
