Job summary

Coates is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Western Australia to support customers and operations across Power & HVAC. You will coordinate equipment hires, transport, servicing, breakdowns and enquiries, ensuring the right solution is delivered on time.

You'll collaborate with customers, technicians, transport providers and internal teams, balancing priorities while focusing on safety and exceptional service. Flexible working options available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a coordination, scheduling, customer service or administration role within a fast-paced operational environment.
• The ability to manage multiple competing priorities, deadlines and customer requests simultaneously.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills with confidence managing customer enquiries, complaints and disputes professionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment deliveries, collections and off-hires.
• Source equipment from across the Coates network to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare quotes and convert hires into active contracts.
• Liaise with customers regarding equipment requirements and site access.
• Coordinate servicing schedules, maintenance activities and inductions.
• Manage equipment breakdowns and arrange repairs or swap-outs.
• Work closely with workshop, transport and technical teams to ensure equipment readiness.
• Process invoicing, purchase orders, billing and general administration tasks.
• Resolve customer queries and disputed invoices.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders across the business.
