Job summary

ORS Group is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join Australia’s largest PBS team, serving NDIS participants and private clients across the lifespan.

You will work with the client’s system of supports, observe behaviours of concern, and help develop and implement behaviour support plans. The role offers extensive learning and leadership development within a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in mental health, behaviour or disability.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle required.
• Tertiary qualifications in allied health, human science or education field.

Responsibilities

• Work with the client’s whole system of supports.
• Contribute to clients’ goals and quality of life.
• Observe and assess clients’ behaviours of concern.
• Create and implement behaviour support plans and monitoring.
