Job summary

ORS is expanding its Positive Behaviour Support team to support NDIS participants and private clients across the lifespan. As a PBS Practitioner you will work with the client’s whole system of supports to contribute to goals and quality of life.

You will observe behaviours of concern, create and implement behaviour support plans, and monitor progress with strong learning and development opportunities in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Positive Behaviour Support practitioner
• Tertiary qualification in allied health or related field
• Driver's license and own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Work with the client's whole system of supports
• Observe and assess behaviours of concern
• Create behaviour support plans and implementation plans
• Implement plans and monitor progress
• Review plans and progress with multidisciplinary teams
