Job summary

National Australia Bank in Sydney is seeking an Analyst, Performance & Reporting to provide performance insights, governance and timely reporting for the Consumer Cards portfolio. You will work with leaders to identify opportunities and risks and support decision-making with accurate data.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management, banking or financial services.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting ability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Executive and Partner reporting for the Consumer Cards portfolio.
• Deliver accurate reporting, reconciliations and insights for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate portfolio planning, reviews and quarterly business activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify trends and risks.
• Provide analysis on competitor activity and market trends.
• Establish performance management frameworks for transparency.
• Track progress against strategic objectives and transformation initiatives.
• Support governance and ensure regulatory reporting alignment.
• Collaborate across Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations.
