Job summary

NAB is seeking an Analyst, Performance & Reporting (Consumer Cards) to deliver portfolio performance analysis and robust reporting across product, risk and finance teams. You will interpret data, generate actionable insights and support executive decision making.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years' experience in banking or financial services, strong Excel skills, stakeholder management and a relevant tertiary degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or Economics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, banking, financial services, payments or related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of portfolio performance and business economics.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience developing reporting, performance analysis or portfolio management frameworks.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple functions.
• High attention to detail and commitment to reporting accuracy and data quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting and presentation development.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using reporting/analytical tools with advanced Excel skills
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• Postgraduate qualifications highly regarded
