Outlook Talent Solutions in Sydney CBD is seeking an analytically minded finance professional to join our growing boutique investment reporting team.

You will analyse investment data at portfolio level, reconcile information from multiple sources, and prepare high‑volume reports for investors, while meeting tight deadlines.

This role offers the chance to own the platform, drive data quality, and develop skills across automation and technology in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services required, ideally across investments, wealth management, funds management or investment performance but not essential.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Exposure to high-volume reporting and the ability to deliver accurately to tight deadlines.
• Experience with data reconciliation, validation and reporting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, data systems or reporting tools.
• A genuine interest in technology, automation and process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Preparing high-volume investment and portfolio performance reports.
• Working with large data sets from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Performing data reconciliation, validation and analysis.
• Collating and preparing investment data for investor reporting.
• Managing reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and automation.
• Working closely with the CTO on systems, platform enhancements and technology initiatives.
