Outlook Talent Solutions in Sydney CBD is seeking an analytically minded finance professional to join our growing boutique investment reporting team.

You will analyse investment data at portfolio level, reconcile information from multiple sources, and prepare high‑volume reports for investors, while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services required, ideally across investments, wealth management, funds management or investment performance but not essential.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Exposure to high-volume reporting and the ability to deliver accurately to tight deadlines.
• Experience with data reconciliation, validation and reporting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, data systems or reporting tools.
• A genuine interest in technology, automation and process improvement.

THE ROLE

Working closely with the CTO, you'll be responsible for analysing investment data at a portfolio level, reconciling information from multiple sources and ensuring data is clean, accurate and ready for reporting to investors.

You'll also have the opportunity to take ownership of the platform, become the go-to person for investment reporting and develop broader skills across data, systems, automation and technology.
