IAG in Australia is seeking a strategic Portfolio Delivery Lead to govern planning and performance of the Infrastructure & Cloud portfolio. You’ll drive investment decisions, delivery priorities and risk oversight to enable enterprise-wide transformation and measurable business value.

This permanent, hybrid role is based in Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne) and requires 10+ years of experience delivering complex technology portfolios within large organisations.

• Requires proven experience delivering complex technology portfolios and programs.
• Strong governance, reporting and performance disciplines across large organisations.
• Commercial acumen with investment funding and value realization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual and quarterly portfolio planning, prioritisation and OKR development.
• Drive KPI tracking, milestone reporting and actionable insights.
• Manage portfolio governance, leadership forums and executive reporting.
• Oversee portfolio funding, financial performance and delivery health.
• Coordinate risks, issues, dependencies and milestone decisions.
• Improve portfolio ways of working and delivery controls across teams.
• Support workforce planning and cross-portfolio prioritisation with data-driven insights.
• Build a high-performing delivery community through stakeholder engagement and mentoring.
