You will align investments with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value through governance and data-driven insights.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex portfolios, programs or major technology initiatives within large, matrixed organisations.
• Proven experience managing portfolio governance, executive reporting and performance disciplines.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing investment funding and value realization.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual and quarterly portfolio planning, prioritisation and OKR development.
• Drive portfolio performance management through KPI tracking and actionable insights.
• Manage portfolio governance and operating rhythms including leadership forums and executive reporting.
• Maintain oversight of portfolio funding, financial performance and delivery health.
• Coordinate portfolio risks, issues and dependencies with adherence to PMO standards.
• Embed and continuously improve portfolio ways of working and delivery controls.
• Support workforce planning and cross-portfolio prioritisation through data-driven insights.
• Build a high-performing delivery community through stakeholder engagement and mentoring.
