Job summary

IAG is seeking an Analyst, Delivery Governance to drive governance across our enterprise portfolio in Australia and New Zealand. You will develop and enhance governance frameworks, reporting dashboards and delivery standards to enable project managers and leaders to make informed decisions and achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong governance and delivery controls experience.
• Ability to design scalable governance artefacts and templates.
• Experience turning portfolio data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve delivery standards, governance artefacts, and templates.
• Create project plans, RAID logs, governance packs, and status reports.
• Establish capacity planning and forecasting frameworks.
• Build portfolio dashboards showing performance, risks and financials.
• Quality-assure governance reporting and escalation points.
• Partner with PMs and analysts to embed governance practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate reporting.
• Maintain central repository of delivery artefacts and best practices.
