• Proven experience in financial and project support, including offshore or hybrid teams.
• Strong financial acumen, advanced Excel, and financial modelling skills.
• Experience in resource tracking, reporting, and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with PMO environments and CapEx project support.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly.
• Experience with timesheeting systems, database maintenance, and change delivery.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and supporting portfolio or project governance.

Responsibilities

• Execute financial operations including forecasting, cost recovery, accruals, and month-end close, escalating risks as needed.
• Prepare, refine, and present financial data and analytical outputs to senior stakeholders.
• Track resources and effort across projects, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Support GMs and EMs with analytical insights, responding to ad hoc requests.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain databases and perform quality assurance to ensure reliable data for reporting and analysis.
• Apply PMO framework knowledge to align outputs with portfolio governance standards.
• Liaise with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations.
