Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an ICT Project Manager to join our team full time and work onsite in Sydney CBD.

This highly technical role involves a Critical Path analysis of data flows into the finance area, shadowing the business team to understand workflows, and driving improvements through code changes, automation, or process changes across 20+ applications and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in project & program management.
• Background in management consulting at manager level or above.
• Experience in investment banking / capital markets domain.
• Proven track record working with technology, data & finance operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform Critical Path analysis of data flows in the finance area.
• Shadow business team to understand their workflow for data sign-off.
• Propose improvements via code changes, automation or process changes.
• Coordinate across 20+ applications and 20+ stakeholders during transformation.

We are seeking an ICT Project Manager to join our team full time, to work onsite in Sydney CBD. This is highly technical role that involves:

• A Critical Path analysis of all data flows into the finance area and a framework to prioritise the work
• Shadowing the business team to understand their workflow in signing off the data set
• Improvements may come from code changes in applications, automating manual adjustments or process changes
• The work will include 20+ applications and 20+ stakeholders

To be considered for this role you require the following:

• 5+ years experience in project & program management
• Background in management consulting - Manager level or above
• Experience working in the investment banking/ capital markets domain
• Proven track record working with technology, data & finance operations teams
