Job summary

Collaborate Recruitment is seeking an experienced PMO Reporting Analyst to support project and portfolio reporting within a large PMO environment in the Sutherland Shire. You will consolidate project information, produce portfolio-level reporting, and provide insights to stakeholders.

The role requires expert-level Excel, and hands-on experience with project costs, resourcing, milestones, risks and issues, SAP PPM/PS knowledge, and hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills with complex reporting, data analysis, dashboards, pivot tables, formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience reporting on project costs, budgets, resourcing, milestones, risks and issues.
• Hands-on experience in PMO, project controls or project management environment.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate current project reporting information on costs, resourcing, milestones, project status reporting, risks and issues.
• Identify improvement opportunities in the current reporting processes.
• Provide insights on projects, programs and portfolios.

Our client is seeking an experienced PMO Reporting Analyst to support project and portfolio reporting within a project/PMO environment.

This is not a general BI or Data Analyst role. We are looking for someone with experience working in a large PMO with hands-on experience in project reporting, including costs, resourcing, milestones, project status, risks and issues.

You will be responsible for consolidating project information, producing portfolio-level reporting and providing meaningful insights to support project and program stakeholders.

Key Skills Required

• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, with extensive experience in complex reporting, data analysis, dashboards, pivot tables, formulas and data manipulation.


• Demonstrated experience in project, program or portfolio reporting


• Hands-on experience reporting on project costs, budgets, resourcing, milestones, risks and issues


• Experience working within a PMO, project controls or project management environment


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn project information into meaningful insights


• Experience identifying and implementing reporting process improvements


• Working knowledge of SAP, particularly SAP PPM and/or SAP PS


• Exposure to project management methodologies and processes
