Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is seeking a Portfolio Analyst for a major infrastructure client. The role combines financial analysis, reporting and stakeholder engagement to deliver portfolio-level visibility across a large project base in a regulated environment.

You will consolidate data, build Power BI dashboards, manage Excel-based reporting and partner with internal stakeholders to drive accurate insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated reporting expertise.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritise across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience as a Portfolio Analyst or in a similar analytical or reporting role.
• Strong Power BI skills and advanced Excel capability.
• Experience working with multiple, disparate data sources.
• Prior experience within critical infrastructure or a heavily regulated sector, ideally with exposure to regulatory price review processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
• A genuine cultural fit with the client's team and ways of working.
