EVT Connect Hospitality in Sydney is seeking a Front Office Porter to help lead the opening of Australia''s first Kimpton Hotel, creating an exciting, innovative guest experience with a motivated Front Office team.

As an ambassador on shift, you will build genuine relationships with guests, curate personal experiences, handle guest requests with positivity, and contribute to a lively, welcoming hotel culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the opening of Australia's first Kimpton Hotel with a focused Front Office team.
• Act as ambassador on shift and provide ridiculously personal guest experiences.
• Develop genuine guest relationships and anticipate needs to encourage return visits.
• Collaborate with front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and leadership to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

What You'll Do

You will help lead the opening of Australia's first ever Kimpton Hotel in creating an exciting, innovative, and memorable hotel experience for all guests by working with a well-rounded and highly motivated Front Office team. As a Porter, you will act as an ambassador of the hotel at all times on shift, be a curator of ridiculously personal guest experiences, and develop genuine relationships with guests that will have them eager to return!
