Job summary

The Calile Hotel in Brisbane is seeking a dynamic Full-Time Porter to join our Front Office team. As the first and last impression of the hotel, you will welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and move seamlessly between the driveway, lobby and guest interactions.

You will be responsible for luggage handling, valet parking, keeping the entrance pristine, and sharing local knowledge of Brisbane and James Street to create a memorable Calile experience.

THE POSITION

We are looking for a dynamic and personable Full-Time Porter to join our Front Office team. This is more than a porter role. You are the first and last impression of The Calile. From the moment guests arrive, your presence sets the tone. You are welcoming, confident and effortlessly polished. You will be at the heart of the hotel’s energy, moving between the driveway, lobby and guest interactions. Your role is to ensure every arrival and departure feels seamless, memorable and uniquely Calile.

ABOUT YOU

• Hold a current open Australian driver’s licence and are confident driving both manual and automatic vehicles
