Pro-Invest Hotels in Sydney is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and act as a warm ambassador for the hotel. You will cultivate personable guest interactions and present a flawless first impression on every shift.

The role requires energy, excellent communication, multitasking under pressure, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will collaborate with a team to deliver memorable experiences and uphold the hotel’s standards of service and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• You will welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
• You will act as an ambassador of the hotel and provide memorable guest experiences.
• You will communicate effectively and resolve guest requests with a positive attitude.
• You will multitask efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• You will work with the Front Office team to meet service standards.

What You'll Do

You will help create an exciting, innovative, and memorable hotel experience for all guests by working with a well-rounded and highly motivated Front Office team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will act as an ambassador of the hotel at all times on shift, be a curator of ridiculously personal guest experiences, and develop genuine relationships with guests that will have them eager to return!
