Job summary

The Star Brisbane is seeking Porters to join the Concierge Team. This role involves luggage delivery, guest assistance, parking, and sharing tips on local attractions with guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar concierge or porter role.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Brisbane area and local community.
• Excellent organizational ability.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luggage to guest rooms and assist with parking/vehicle retrieval.
• Coordinate guest requests and tasks for the Concierge team.
• Provide local attraction and event recommendations to guests.

Skills

Previous experience in a similar role

Valid driver's license

Excellent presentation and speaking/it

Knowledge of Brisbane area

Strong organizational skills
