Qualifications

What You’ll Do

Ensure Safety & Vigilance:
Maintain constant supervision across the facility, enforce safety rules, and respond confidently to potential risks, first aid situations, or emergencies.

Maintain Facility Excellence:
Conduct water quality checks, assist with daily pool operations, inspect facilities, and maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment.

Engage the Community:
Educate patrons on the Keep Watch policy while delivering friendly, professional customer service to foster a welcoming environment.
