Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking a PMO Manager to join the National Engineering & Technical team in Dandenong South. You will establish and lead a practical PMO, strengthening governance and controls across a diverse landfill engineering and infrastructure portfolio.

You will lead a four-person PMO, drive standardised reporting, assurance and continuous improvement, while coaching the team and partnering with engineers and operations to enable portfolio-wide adoption.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading PMO or governance teams.
• Proven ability to design governance frameworks, workflows and assurance processes.
• Strong skills in portfolio planning, forecasting, scheduling, risk and change control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed governance frameworks, stage gates, delivery templates and tools.
• Lead and coach the PMO team to build capability.
• Oversee portfolio schedules, resources and dependencies for effective planning.
• Introduce standard project reporting, cost tracking, forecasting, risk and change controls.
