Job summary

SEC Victoria seeks an experienced infrastructure delivery professional to drive major energy projects from development through to operations. You will provide PMO oversight, govern portfolio performance, and build trusted relationships with government, contractors and regulators.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage risks, and ensure projects deliver on value while complying with governance and community considerations. Hybrid work with Melbourne CBD and Morwell offices is available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale energy or infrastructure projects, with renewable energy lifecycles knowledge.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple concurrent projects with governance and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic PMO oversight to ensure project delivery aligns with objectives and value.
• Strengthen Portfolio Governance, Risk & Commercial Oversight and reporting frameworks.
• Engage stakeholders across government, contractors, regulators and internal teams.
