Job summary

City of Kingston is seeking a PMO Analyst to support the planning, monitoring and reporting of a multi-million dollar capital works program. You will champion project governance across the organisation and provide the insights that keep projects on track and aligned with strategic priorities.

Working closely with Senior PMO Analysts you will support our project management framework, investment prioritisation, and monitor program performance to identify risks and opportunities before they impact

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio, program, or project management office functions, or capital works project support environments.
• Strong analytical, reporting and data management skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A passion for continuous improvement and capability uplift.
