Job summary

Talent International is seeking a PMO Analyst for a Defence project based in Canberra. This 12-month contract role involves supporting project governance, coordinating with vendors and the project team, and progressively taking the lead in meetings.

You will be preparing weekly and monthly reports, organizing meetings, recording actions and tracking progress, while helping the team stay aligned on progress, upcoming work and issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, project support or coordination.
• Strong reporting, organisation and communication skills.
• Confidence working with vendors and project stakeholders.
• NV1 security clearance is required.
