Platypus Shoes Campbelltown is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate casual team alongside an Assistant Store Manager. You will drive sales, coach staff, and partner with the Area Manager to seize growth opportunities in a high-profile retail environment.

You will foster a culture of exceptional customer service, manage rosters and wage costs, ensure stock and VM standards, and maintain OH&S compliance.

About the Role

As the Store Manager at Platypus Shoes Campbelltown, you\'ll lead a team of passionate casual team members alongside your Assistant Store Manager. Your primary mission is to drive sales and KPIs, coach and inspire your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You\'ll work closely with your Area Manager to identify and act on opportunities for growth, all while operating in a high-profile retail environment.
