Platypus Shoes Macarthur Square seeks a Store Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and KPIs. You’ll work closely with the Area Manager to identify growth opportunities in a high-profile retail environment.

You’ll coach and develop staff, manage rosters and wage costs, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure OH&S compliance, stock control and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
• Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and team development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance.
• Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising.

As the Store Manager at Platypus Shoes Macarthur Square, you'll lead a team of passionate casual team members alongside your Assistant Store Manager. Your primary mission is to drive sales and KPIs, coach and inspire your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll work closely with your Area Manager to identify and act on opportunities for growth, all while operating in a high-profile retail environment.
