Job summary

Adyen is seeking an experienced Platforms Enterprise Account Manager in Sydney to educate and lead partners through growth on the Adyen for Platforms solution. You will manage global SaaS platforms and marketplaces, activating new revenue streams and ensuring smooth integration with Sales, Onboarding, Risk, Finance and Product teams across the merchant’s organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role such as account management or consulting.
• Experience in payments, financial services, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Aptitude for leading strategic payments discussions, presenting reviews, and coordinating technical discussions.
• Strong business acumen and analytic skills to guide client goals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic consultation: act as the human dimension of Adyen’s product, delivering expertise and payment guidance.
• Project management: prioritise and execute short- and long-term projects across multiple accounts.
• Commercial acumen: drive discussions and meet strategic/financial targets for assigned accounts.
• Relationship management: build strong customer relationships across organisations and cultures.
• Feedback: be the voice for customers and a proactive internal champion.
