Job summary

Adyen is seeking a commercially savvy Payments Partnerships Manager to join our Sydney team. You will drive the growth and management of our card products and local payment methods, serving as the Australian payments ecosystem expert and collaborating with product managers, analysts, and developers across regional and global partners.

Qualifications

7+ years proven experience in cards/payments partnerships.
Strong understanding of payments landscape and trends.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiations.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive commercial strategy.
Experience with QBRs and partner governance.

Responsibilities

Drive all aspects of payment partnerships, including prioritising focus areas and negotiating initiatives.
Manage Australian partners, structure QBRs, incentives, and coordinate with dev/ops.
Elevate Adyen's position via industry engagements, co-marketing, and product collaboration.
Develop programs to advance Adyen's strategic goals in markets and segments.
Provide insights on global payment trends and regulatory changes to stakeholders.
Lead QBRs with top merchants and collaborate with product teams on new offerings.
Manage escalations across local and global teams to resolve issues with partners.
