• Experience managing technical stakeholders and high-value merchant relationships.
• Domestic and international travel is required.

Responsabilités

• Collaboration: work with other Account Managers across accounts.
• Relationship management: ramp and grow customers, focus on commercial growth and reducing churn.
• Commercial acumen: drive discussions for joint accounts to meet targets.
• Project management: prioritize and manage short and long-term projects across accounts.
• Feedback: provide insights back to internal teams from customers.
